In Reply to: Will Hobo Spiders eat Weavels? posted by lostinfog on August 01, 2002 at 03:12:21:
Hi again: I forgot to mention that I live in NW Oregon, USA and the corn meal was brought in from Mexico. The weavels are about 3/16" in length and a solid dark brown. They seem to only want corn products. I know how picky some spiders are about their diets. I have one in the bathroom that only eats ants, I tried throwing some weavels into it's web but it didn't like them and cut'em loose.
Thanks again,
