Actually Yellow Sac Spiders have necrotic bites, not neurotoxins. While that can still make you sick, it is usually becuase of infection. If no infection is appearent, that usually will not show illness.
Note that the venom of spiders effect different people in different ways. Just because it made you sick, doesn't mean it's concidered venomous, it could be a specific reaction to your immune system. This happens to be a type of ground spider (Gnaphosidae), not a sac spider, which is not concidered medically signfigent (not in the United States at least). Being sick following a spider bite could of been a coiencidence, or an allergic reaction, not nessisarly a reaction to the potency of venom. It's important to note this, since most spider bites are harmless.
