It looks like a species of Clubionidea, a sac spider. Several species from this group are known to be medically significant to humans. It might be Cheiracanthium mildei.

Check out this site : www.hobospider.org

It has info on the venomous sac spider species. Scroll down the page until you see "Yellow Sac Spiders" listed. The spider in your pic isn't a yellow sac spider, but it may be one of its venomous relatives.
