I'm not too sure how fast they grow as I have'nt had any experience with Sun Tigers (I plan on changing that sometime! soon I hope!)
But from what I have seen at the store that we've purchased most of our tarantula's from is that they seem to grow fairly fast.
I first saw them when they were about a 1/2 inch long (this was about a month ago, when the store first got them in) they are now a little over an inch long!
Their colors & pattern are coming through now (which makes me want one even more! lol)
Have you tried pinhead crickets to feed the spiderlings? Alot (not all) pet/reptile/critter stores will carry them. It might be beneficial to find out if you can get them either through your local pet store or maybe order them online? :o)
Is your Usambar Baboon a spiderling too? They are nice looking tarantula's :o) a little crazy sometimes, but nice looking never the less.
Good luck with your sun tigers! :o)
