No it is not possible to remove a Tarantulas venom glands or to perform any kind of surgery on them whatsoever without killing them. It is also unwarranted to attempt so as not only will it kill the T but the venom is not at all harmful to people other than causing some pain and swelling and this is only with the hotter species. The pinktoe in question is highly unlikely to bite even if it feels threatened and if it did the mechanics of the fangs piercing flesh would be the worst part of it. Also pinktoes can't flick hair the have to rub it on you by rubbing the abdomen against you.
