hm, there are a lot of insects-recipies, but i wouldn´t recommend actually cooking phasmids, due to their defensiv spray, which most phasmids have more or less. i have never tried it, but i can´t imagine that they´re tasty. if you do , let me know :-)
try giant waterbugs, ants or desert grasshoppers, those are delicious!
