yes, they can reporduce parthogenetic, means without males.

:also what sort of tank would they need? just like normal tall etc ?
best thing is a big tank, 40x40x50-60cm for 4-5 adults.
i use an aquarium standing on the side, the front is just covered with gaze.

about 5-7 month (roughly), but it can take longer, depending on temprature

:can you keep them with other sticks roughly the same size ?

if you tank is big enough. but make sure that the stick like the same conditions. Eurycantha species are not recommended to be kept with them. i have Graditia spec. and Baculum spec in that tank.
