::Yesterday, I was lying on the floor of my house, studying, and a dead spider fell to the ground 2 inches away from me. From what I know about spiders, I believe that it must be a Brown Recluse. I live in a place that would be a perfect home for them and everything. I was just wondering if anyone knew what their web looked like and where they are usually built. Do they tend to be small, messy, and condensed? Thanks.

:Recluse spiders usually make a messy, sheet-like web. However, they do not live strictly in their webs at all times, and will leave them to wander around. This website has a good page on them. www.hobospider.org .

Thanks Venom...How wide do the webs tend to be?
