Hey,
I was just wondering a few things. In my bio class, my professor has stated that for earth day in April, we are going to have an entomologist to come over (who is a great friend of my professor, as they are both entomologists, from Purdue University) who holds cockroach races, and Hisser tractor pulls.
So my professor told us that she wants some of us students to get together and do some research on hissers, as far as the tractor pull is concerned. Meaning that a few other students and I are trying to see if we can train some of the Hissers that we have in class do do the tractor pull, and to see if we can beat the Purdue team. My prof. says that she read somewhere that hissers have been trained to be able to run Y-mazes, I was wondering if any of you guys had any idea as to how to go about doing this. I havn't been able to find anything on the net about how to go about training the hissers, so any help is welcome.
