Help identify a 4", hairless, green caterpillar in Michigan.

We would like to find a website link or any info on a large bright green, hairless caterpillar seen in a willow tree in lower Michigan. It had 4 raised red and 4 raised blue bumps, along with other bumps. I did get a picture that I could post if needed. Please e-mail me with any info you have....Thank you very much
