i will say lightbulb is the best. But we need to know what specie you are keeping first, because different heating method is best on somespecie. For example if it's a tenodera (chinese mantis), radiator is fine, for gongylus i will defintely choose lightbulb. Lightbulb also allows a temperature/humidity gradient (microclimate) if the tank is big enough with the aid of plant and daily spraying. For me i switch on the lights at 4pm, and swithc it off at 11pm, which allows me to view the mantis at the times when i am at home.

Heatmats are pathetic in my opinion it never works, and the worse thing about them is they costs so much (well where i live). Well that's just my view on heatmat.
