New Ootheca, what to do?

Hi everyone. I picked up my second mantis, a banded african mantis, just under a month ago. She got nice and fat and just laid an egg case this morning. The guy at the shop said she may have been fertilized so I'm hoping the ootheca is viable. My question is, what do I do?
I have an aquarium and read that I should put it in there at around 74-83 degrees with 80% moisture. But when do I stick it in there, and how long should I expect it to take for them to hatch? Also, what are my options for feeding the young if they do hatch.
Thanks,
Chad Burt
