:Clean out all your tanks..... When you put the new substrate in put it in the microwave first..... This will kill anything living or about to be born..... Just let it cool down before you put your frogs on it.....

I tend to not agree with the microwave method only because of a personal experience with some rather hardy little bugs. In one of my tarantula cages I put in a piece of corkbark. Within a few days I noticed little white bugs dancing around the cage. I did a complete substrate change and put the cork bark into the microwave. For at least three minutes. I took it out and everything was swarming with these tiny bugs; the microwave, the corkbark, my hand (after I picked up the cork).
I threw it back in for another three minutes- still the bugs stayed alive.
IN again for FIVE minutes. By now the cork was starting to scorch and the bugs were playing in the microwave like it was a day at the beach.
A diluted bleach solution was the only thing that worked.
Ever since this experience I have been very wary of trusting the nuke technique.
Maybe you could set up some roach motels and catch some that way??? Just kidding/ but then again that MIGHT work.
