Emp Scorp Aquarium Size?

I just recently obtained an Emperor Scorpion from a friend who no longer wishes to keep it, as of now it's in a small carrying case that is definately not suitable for living. What is the ideal size tank for a single Emporer Scorpion. I dug up an old Chinese Fighting Fish aquarium I had and cleaned it up and plan to keep it in it but I'm unsure of the size. Here's an image, and any further input will be of help. (such as will I have to upgrade to a 10..20 gallon tank?)
