I'm trying to build a very large project to emulate the natural environment of rainforest creatures. I am hoping to create an area that allows for the co-habitation of creatures including lizards, snakes and spiders. I was wondering what the implications/possibilites of this are? From my understanding tarantulas will generally eat creatures about 1/2 their size. I cannot verify whether or not boas will eat tarantulas. I'm also understand that some lizards are vegetarians. I'm hoping that those lizards will be large enough that the snakes will not consider them prey. Can these live in a single environment? If not all then which if any? I don't want to harm the creatures, but literature on this type of project is nowhere to be found....maybe for a good reason. If anyone here can shed any light on this subject I would be delighted.
Thanks,
Matt Osborn
