HI! My son and I found a large (3 inch) fat pale green catapiller on Monday. It is pale green, it had a pale rosy hue to the body and a long green horn (?) on its back - no stripes of any color. I had no clue what to do with it, but my son is studying catapillers in school so I just stuck it in an old parmasean cheese container with some grass and a stick. It just sort of sat there for three days and today I was going to throw it out, but lo' and behold - the silly thing is now a crysalis! What is it and what do I do with it now??? It's laying on the bottom of the container (it moves every now and then too!) - should I glue it onto something so it hangs or is it OK on the ground? HELP! Thanks!
