strategies to eliminating ant hills.

#1. The Butter strategy. Use a stick to disrupt the ant hill, then pour melted butter on the ants.
#2. Straw strategy. Use a stick to disrupt the hill, then get a plastic straw and a lighter. Melt the tip of the straw
until it catches fire. Then hold the straw over the pile and let the melted plastic drip on the ants.
#3. Ant vs Ant strategy. If you are dealing with two piles that are close to each other this is a good tactic.
You need a shovel for this one. Use a stick to disrupt one pile, then go to the other pile and shovel
up about half the pile. Take the half and dump it on the other pile. Ants from one pile will have a different
scent then the others and each pile smells it's own dirt. So both colonies will think their hill is being
invaded. They will actualy fight each other! The fight in an hour or so will leave few ants standing. If there are
still alot left, repeat the process.
