I want to start a colony of carpentar ants. does anyone know where I can get an already mated queen?

I am planning on using a tennis ball tube or a large plastic jar I got from work. For water I am going to use a small test tube stuffed with cotton and filled with water. I will bury that most of the way in the sand. Right now I have regular play sand, will that work?

Any suggestions would be great
