Hi, I generally post on poultry forums but have a question for you experts. I am being told there are ant species in Tennessee that are one inch long? I live in Oregon and carpenter ants are a good sized ant, and as you know quite mild mannered. Are there species where some members of a species are indeed an inch long, or is my leg being pulled? Thanks, enjoy the spring and all of the wonderful critters that are out and about! Little Quacker
